A delicious abalone dish with peanut butter sauce.
A simple and flavorful idea for a cozy dinner or side dish.
.
.
Summer and early autumn are peak seasons for abalone in Korea.
.
Before autumn’s popular seafood, such as prawns and blue crabs, comes into season,
.
I enjoyed abalone as a nourishing food to help me stay energized
and get through the hot summer months.
.
Abalone is often used in classic dishes like
abalone porridge and butter-grilled abalone.
But today, instead of regular butter,
I’m using peanut butter 🥜
to bring out an extra-rich, nutty flavor
in this delicious dinner dish.
.
I also shared a soy sauce-braised abalone recipe
in an earlier post.
It’s incredibly delicious with rice,
so I hope you’ll give it a try, too! 👍🏻
