Spanish-Style Garlic Chicken | Pollo al Ajillo with Olive Oil

Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts (or chicken tenderloins, boneless chicken thighs, etc.)
- Olive oil, 1 onion, 10 garlic cloves, pasta
- 2 tbsp chicken stock, 1 tbsp salt
.
Instructions
.
1. Roughly chop the onion and garlic into large pieces.

2. Pour plenty of olive oil into a pan, then add the onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add 1 tbsp of salt.

3. Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
- If using frozen chicken, thaw it in advance or quickly thaw it in hot water.
