- ย – ์ปค๋ฆฌ ํ์ฐ๋ 5T, ์๊ธ 1T, ๊ฐ์ ์ ๋ถ 1T
Ingredients
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 onion
- 1/2 carrot
ย ย ** You can also use half to one whole bone-in chicken instead.
- 5 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch

ย 1) ๋๋น์ ๋ญ๋ค๋ฆฌ๋ฅผ ํ ๋ฒ ๋์ฌ๋ด ๋ฌผ์ ๋ฒ๋ฆฌ๊ณ , ๋ญ๋ค๋ฆฌ๋ ๋ฐ๋ก ๋ณด๊ดํด์.
Bring the chicken drumsticks to a quick boil in a pot. Discard the water and set the chicken aside.

ย 2) ์ํ๋ ์๊ฒ ์ฑ ์ฌ ํ, ๊ฐ๋ก 2-3๋ฑ๋ถ์ผ๋ก ์๋ฅด๊ณ , ๋น๊ทผ์ ํ ์ ํฌ๊ธฐ๋ก ์๊ฒ ์ฐ์ด์.
Thinly slice the onion, then cut the slices into 2โ3 shorter sections. Slice the carrot thinly into bite-sized pieces.

Add a little oil to a pan and sautรฉ the onions first.

Once the onions turn slightly translucent, add the carrots and cook together.

Add the salt and curry powder, stirring briefly to bring out the aroma, then pour in water.

Add the pre-cooked chicken drumsticks and let everything simmer gently over medium-low heat.

Once the chicken becomes very tender, lower the heat and slowly pour in the starch mixture, stirring well all the way to the bottom of the pot.
