Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 carrot

ย  ย ** You can also use half to one whole bone-in chicken instead.

  • 5 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp potato starch

Bring the chicken drumsticks to a quick boil in a pot. Discard the water and set the chicken aside.

Thinly slice the onion, then cut the slices into 2โ€“3 shorter sections. Slice the carrot thinly into bite-sized pieces.
