- ๋ณถ์ํ์ฉ ์ ๋จ์ก, ์ผ๊ณํ์ฉ ๋น์ ๋จ์ก ๋ชจ๋ ์ข์์.
– ์ํ ๋ฐ ๊ฐ, ๋น๊ทผ 1/4 ์กฐ๊ฐ, ๊ฐ์ ํ ๊ฐ, ๋ถ๋ฆฐ ์ 250g ๋๋ 2-3์ธ ๋ถ์ ๋ฐฅ
– ๊ฐ์ฅ 2T, ์๊ธ 2T, ๋ค๊ธฐ๋ฆ
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken or 1 pack of chicken drumsticks (5โ6 pieces)
: Both cut chicken for stews and whole chicken for soup work well. - 1/2 onion, 1/4 carrot, 1 potato, 250g soaked rice or 2โ3 servings cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp salt, perilla oil

- ๋ฌผ์ด ๋์ ํ ๋ถ์ ๋๊ณ , ์ฒ์ ๋์ธ ๋ฌผ์ ๋ฒ๋ ค์.
Place the chicken into a large pot with water and bring it to a boil once.
- Once the water boils, turn off the heat and discard the first batch of water.

Add fresh water to the pot along with the parboiled chicken, then simmer over medium heat.
- When it starts boiling, reduce to low heat and let it cook gently.

- ๋ถ๋ฆฐ ์์ ์ฌ์ฉํ๋ฉด ์ฑ์์ ํจ๊ป ๋ฃ๊ณ , ๋ฌผ์ ์์ ์ ๋ฌด๊ฒ์ 3๋ฐฐ๊ฐ๋ ๋ฃ์ด์.
Once the chicken is fully cooked through, remove it from the pot and add the chopped vegetables into the chicken broth.
- If using soaked rice, add it together with the vegetables. Use about 3 times as much water as the weight of the rice.
